Here is a selection of small-batch, hand crafted specialty desserts and pastries available for your devouring! I feature locally sourced seasonal fruit and veggies in our hand pies, locally grown and milled whole grain flour in our pastries and cage-free organic eggs, organic milk, non-gmo butter, organic extracts, organic sugar, Valrhona/TCHO chocolate, just to name a few. These offerings are available by private orders only.

Seasonal Fruit Hand Pies (Fall/Winter)
Apple Spice
Featuring a variety of locally sourced organic apples from See Canyon Farms or Fair Hills Farms including Fuji, Granny Smith, Braeburn and or Pink Lady apples. Seasoned with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice.
Cranberry Orange
These are for all the tart citrus fruit lovers out there! I like to use Cara Cara and Navel oranges to provide a bittersweet tone to the tartness of the cranberries.
Brown Butter Pecan
This is for the ultimate pecan lover. Paired with brown butter and a hint of maple, this is a decadent little pie packed with lots of nutty flavors
Spice Rum Poached Pear
Featuring fresh pears from the Santa Monica Farmer's Market that have been marinated in a spicy mixture of Myer's Spiced Rum, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cause it's fun to have a little boozy flavoring to dessert.

Featuring Weiser Family Farm potatoes and organic leeks to give you a dreamy cheesy hand pie. Topped with fresh Italian parsley.
